Whip up these easy high protein Peppermint Chocolate Cookies. Made with VPA® whey protein isolate.

- ½ cup Coconut Sugar

1½ scoops VPA® Vanilla WPI
- 2 tbsp Cocoa
- 2 Large Eggs
- Dash of Peppermint
- ½ cup Almond Butter
- ¼ cup Dark Choc Chips
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180º and line a baking tray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Take about 2 tbsp of mixture, roll into balls and press onto tray.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
