What a way to introduce healthy balanced meals to growing children! Instead of usual breakfast cereal bowls, whip them up a refreshing, fruity, and protein-rich tropical smoothie bowl. This recipe includes VPA's new Kids Daily Shake but it can easily be made with some of your favourite VPA protein powders.

100g Frozen Mango
100g Frozen Pineapple
20g VPA Kids Daily Shake - Vanilla
90g Kiwi Fruit
2 x Blueberries
In a blender, add in frozen mango, pineapple, ice and daily shake powder. Slice two pieces of banana and set aside for decoration. Add the remaining banana to your blender and a dash of water. Blend until a thick smoothie has formed. (NOTE: If your smoothie is having difficulties blending, gradually add small amounts of water to assist in combining. Be careful not to add too much liquid, otherwise the smoothie consistency will go watery and won't hold up in a bowl).
Pour the smoothie mixture into a serving bowl. Slice kiwi fruit. Add two slices of kiwi fruit and top with your two slices of banana, followed by your two blueberries. Slice strawberries lengthways. Garnish as shown. Serve and enjoy.
