With just 5 Ingredients, these Weet-bix Protein Balls are super easy and sure to be a hit. They are perfect for breakfast on the go or great as a quick post workout snack. Made with VPA's WPI with Vanilla.
2 scoops VPA Vanilla WPI
1/2 cup Mixed Seeds
1/4 cup Chia Seeds
1/4 cup Honey
Splash of Water
In a food processor blitz all ingredients until they come together.
Add a splash of water if the mixture is too dry.
Take about a heaped tbsp of mixture and roll into a ball.
Roll in coconut and enjoy.
