Ingredients

1 heaped scoop (36g) VPA® Chocolate Micellar Casein
1 cup ice (can replace some with frozen berries)
1/3-1/2 cup milk of choice
Directions
Blitz all ingredients in a blender or food processor until they come together.
Using an electric whisk or beater, whip the mix for 5-8 mins until it is silky smooth and stiff peaks form.
(Note: The mix will double in size so use a large bowl)Divide into serves and top with fresh fruit, nuts or shaved chocolate etc.
Enjoy immediately.
