Apple Pie for breakfast? why not! Sweeten up your days with this simple yet elevated apple pie recipe. It is high in protein, and fiber as it i baked with VPA's WPI in salted caramel, and oats.
1 cup Oats
1 tsp Cinnamon
¼ cup Coconut Sugar
2 scoops VPA Salted Caramel WPI
3 tbsp Oil
½ tsp Baking Powder
1 large Apple
Preheat the oven to 160º and grease 2 small ramekins.
Peel and dice the apple and set aside.
In a food processor combine all other ingredients.
Add the apple and mix through.
Transfer to the ramekins and bake for 10 minutes.
Enjoy topped with Yogurt and cinnamon for breakfast or sugar free icecream for desseert.
