Here is a brilliantly dense coconut cake, loaded with protein and lightly dusted with icing sugar. Made with VPA's WPI in Vanilla flavour.
1 cup Milk
1 cup SR Flour
1 cup Coconut
2 scoop Vanilla WPI
½ cup Coconut Sugar
Preheat the oven to 160º and line a cake tin.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients until smooth.
Transfer to the cake tin and back for 30-35 minutes.
