50g tricolour quinoa
20g Lupin flakes
20g vegan chocolate protein
10g peanut butter powder
1/2 tbsp cacao powder
Toppings: Yogurt, blueberries, cacao nibs and hemp seeds
Rinse the quinoa and place it in a saucepan. Add the Lupin flakes, a sprinkle of sea salt and 1 cup of water, bring to the boil and simmer for 15 minutes or until tender and cooked through. Add more water if needed!
. Turn the heat off and stir through the protein powder, cacao powder and peanut butter powder. If the mixture is too dry, add a bit more water. Stir until fully combined
Top with yogurt, microwaved blueberries, hemp seeds and cacao nibs for some crunch
