Here is an easy 3 ingredient protein ball that tastes just a good as an all time favourite the Apricot Delight.
200g Dried Apricots
1 cup Coconut + for rolling
2 scoops Vanilla WPI
In a food processor blitz all ingredients until well combined.
Take about 2 tbsp of mixture and roll into a ball in your palms.
Coat the ball in coconut.
