Save time in the morning with this protein-packed breakfast that can be prepared the night before. Made using VPA® Banana Whey Protein Concentrate, it doesn't get much easier than this simple 4-ingredient breakfast.

2 Weet-Bix, crushed
1/2 scoop VPA® Banana WPC or WPI
Dash of milk of choice
1/4 cup non-fat yoghurt
1/2 scoop VPA® Banana WPC or WPI
Combine the base ingredients together in a bowl and flatten with a spoon. Add more milk if required.
Mix the ingredients for the top layer together and spread over the base layer.
Refrigerate overnight.
Top with sliced banana, a sprinkle of cinnamon and/or a drizzle of peanut butter. Enjoy!
