Here is a quick and easy protein ball recipe. Inspired by a muffin favourite, the Blueberry white choc chip muffin turned into delicious blueberry muffin bites. Yummo!

Protein Ball

(no-bake, Flour free)
Nutritional Information:
Belledonna Brown
1 cup Rolled Oats
½ cup Cashews
2 scoops VPA Vanilla WPI
½ cup Dried Blueberries
2 tbsp White Choc Chips
160g Almond Butter
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
Coconut for rolling
In a food processor, blitz the Oats and Cashews until fine.
Add remaining ingredients and mix on low until combined.
Take approx 2 tbsp of mixture and roll into a ball.
Coat the ball in the coconut and set aside.
Repeat with remaining mixtue.
Enjoy your no-bake blueberry muffin bites.
