Tired of the usual Peanut Butter protein balls. Switch it up with these Cashew Nut and Dark Chocolate protein balls.

- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- ¼ cup Coconut Flour

2 scoops VPA® Vanilla WPI
- 1 tbsp. Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- ½ cup Cashew Butter
- Optional- Dark Choc (to top)
Directions
- In a food processor combine all ingredients (accept dark choc) on high until Oats are fine.
- Take a small spoonful and roll between hand into a ball.
- Repeat with remaining mixture.
- Optional- Drizzle with chocolate.
