Here is a cheeky little Christmas themed protein ball packed with a summer time favourite, Cherries! Presenting Cherry & Pistachio Protein Balls. This high protein snack is perfect anytime or post workout. Made with VPA's vanilla whey protein isolate.

- ½ cup Cherries
- ½ cup Almond Meal
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1½ scoops VPA Vanilla WPI
- ½ cup Pistachios
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 tbsp Honey
- Coconut to coat
Directions
- In a food processor, blitz all ingredients until mixture comes together.
- Take about 2-3 tbsp of mixture and roll into a ball.
- Roll the ball in the coconut until coated.
- Repeat until mixture is used up. Enjoy.
