Are you a Brownie lover? Switch it up and try these Blondies. They come loaded with chickpeas for extra protein and fiber. Made with VPA's WPI in Vanilla.
1 can Chickpeas
60g Coconut Sugar
1 tsp Baking Powder
2 scoops VPA Vanilla WPI
1/4 cup Milk
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1/2 cup Dark Choc Chips
Preheat the oven to 180° and line a square baking tin.
Set the choc chips to the side.
In a food processor combine all ingredients until completely smooth.
Transfer the mixture to the baking tin and sprinkle over the choc chips.
Bake for 20 minutes or until just cooked through.
