This Chocolate Chip Protein Oat Slice is high protein and made with VPA® whey protein isolate.

Ingredients
- 1½ cups Rolled Oats
- ½ cup Rice Flour
- 75g Stevia
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Baking Powder

2 scoops VPA® Vanilla WPI
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 Flax Eggs
- 4 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 50g Sugar Free Choc Chips
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180º. Grease and line a 20cm square baking tray.
- To make the flax eggs, combine 2 tbsp. of flax meal and 6 tbsp. water. Rest for 10 min.
- Add all ingredients except the choc chips, to a food processor and blitz on high until oats are finely chopped and mixture cones together.
- Transfer to the baking tray and top with choc chips.
- Bake for 15- 20 minutes.
