Choc Chip Protein Weetbix Slice

Directions

1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees. In a bowl, add crushed Weetbix, protein powder, baking soda and sweetener. Mix until combined.

2. Add in almond milk and peanut butter. Mix until combined

3. Add in chocolate chips and gently fold through until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

4. Pour mixture into a small lined baking tray. Bake for approximately 20 minutes. Remove from tin and cool.

5. Melt remaining milk chocolate and drizzle over. Refrigerate until chocolate has set.

6. Weigh the total slice and divide by 8. This will give you the total grams per serving. Slice into individual servings and enjoy!
