These Choc Almond Muffins are soft and moist on the inside with a surprising biscuity crunch on the top.

- ½ cup Almond Flour
- ¼ cup Coconut Flour
- 1 tbsp Coconut Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 tsp Baking Powder

2 scoops VPA® Chocolate WPI
- ¼ cup Coconut Oil
- ½ cup Almond Butter
- 2 large Eggs
- 2-3 tbsp Almonds (chopped)
- 2-3 tbsp 80% Dark Chocolate
Topping
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180º and line a 9 hole muffin tray.
- In a food processor combine all muffin ingredients.
- Spoon mixture into line muffin tray and top with chopped almonds and dark chocolate.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
