Protein Mini Mars Bars

Ingredients Protein Nougat Layer for Mini Mars Bars 1½ cup Coconut Flour ¼ cup Stevia 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
1 scoop VPA Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
½ cup Maple Syrup 100ml Milk ½ cup Cashew Butter Protein Caramel Layer for Mini Mars Bars ½ cup Maple Syrup
1 scoop VPA Vanilla WPI
½ cup Coconut Oil ½ cup Cashew Butter Topping Dark Chocolate
Directions In a food processor combine nougat layer ingredients until smooth.
Transfer to a lined loaf tin. Spread out evenly and chill.
Combine the caramel layer ingredients and spread over the top of the nougat.
Set in the freezer for 4 hours before cutting into mini mars bar size.
Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle over the top.
