A great twist on everyone's Summer favourite, the Icy Pole. BCAA Icy poles with added collagen and less than 0.5g carbs. Recipes don't get any faster and easier than this one, so give it a try!

- 100ml Water
- 1 scoop VPA Raspberry BCAA 7000
- 1 scoop VPA Collagen Pro
- 1 tbsp Frozen Raspberries
Directions
- In a shaker combine water, BCAA powder and Collagen Pro
- Shake well and pour into Icy pole mould.
- Sprinkle the raspberries and place in the stick.
- Set in the freezer for 5 hours or overnight.
