½ Cup oats
½ cup frozen dragon fruit or half a banana
1 Scoop VPA Whey Protein Isolate
½ tbsp LSA mix or chia seeds
2 tbsp water (approx)
Mix all ingredients together in a blender to form a slightly thick batter. Add more water if required or oats/protein/coconut flour to thicken the consistency.
Pour into the waffle maker. Cook until the waffle maker is letting out some steam. Checking the waffle too early may cause it to break in half!
Top with greek yogurt, mashed berries and sugar free maple syrup.
