These Peanut Butter Choc Protein Muffins taste amazing and are great for those moments when you want a sweet treat, or a quick post-training recovery snack. We all get the craving for some baked goodies at one point or another and these muffins are a great way to ensure you’re getting the most out of the baked goods (cheat snacks to the very diligent) you enjoy.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Self Raising Flour
- ½ cup Coconut Sugar
- 45g Cocoa Powder
- 1 scoop VPA Choc Caramel Premium Plant
- ½ cup Choc Chips
- 2 Large Eggs
- 200g Peanut Butter
- 1 cup Milk
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180º and line a 10 -12 cup muffin tray
- Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl.
- Combine with an electric mixer.
- Evenly pour the mixture between the muffin cups.
- Bake for 15 – 20 minutes, or until skewer is removed clean.
