"Love comes in different shapes and sizes", well for us, sometimes it's in pink and square crispies! Get your Valentines day snacks spiced and all loved up with these lovely Valentines day Protein Vanilla Rice Crispies. It is super easy to make, you only need 5 ingredients and a sprinkle of love *wink*. Made with VPA® WPI in Vanilla flavour.

Ingredients
2 cups puffed rice
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup maple syrup

1.5 scoops protein powder in Vanilla
1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Mix peanut butter, maple and vanilla over a low heat until melted and combined. Remove from heat.
Add protein powder and stir until mixed well.
Add puffed rice to mixture and combine. Using your hands gently press into a pan until mixture is evenly distributed.
Using a knife sprayed with olive oil (to stop sticking) gently press down mixture until flat.
Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Mix 1 scoop vanilla protein with 3 tbsps milk if choice. Add pink food colouring. Stir until combined.
Spread evenly over the rice puff mixture.
Sprinkle raspberries, sprinkles or coconut on top.
Refrigerate for an hour. Slice into six bars or 12 mini.
