30g VPA Vanilla Whey Isolate
30g White Wings Plain Flour
5g Natvia Natural Sweetener
5g McKenzies Baking Powder
70g Chobani 0.5% Fat Greek Yoghurt
70g Coles Apple Sauce
1 x Whole Egg
25g Cadbury Caramilk
20g Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees. In a bowl, mix together your protein powder, plain flour, sweetener and baking powder. In a separate bowl, combine greek yoghurt, applesauce and egg. Add your dry ingredients to your wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
Weigh your total dough mixture and divide by 6, this will give you the total batter per doughnut. Evenly distribute your mixture into 6 doughnut holes in a silicone doughnut tray. Bake for 10 minutes. Once cooked, remove doughnuts from the tray and allow to fully cool before icing.
To make your icing, melt caramilk chocolate in the microwave in 20-30 second increments until completely melted. Add in cream cheese and mix until well combined. Evenly distribute your icing amount to all 6 doughnuts.
Top with sprinkles and enjoy!
