Blend all dry ingredients in a blender. Add wet ingredients and blend again until all ingredients are combined.
Pour mixture into a bowl. Using the heat of your hands gently mix and roll into 6 balls. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Chocolate dipping sauce: In a small bowl, whisk macadamia oil, cacao or protein powder and tahini.
Gently dip each ball into chocolate sauce and roll in coconut.
Refrigerate for 30-60 mins until chocolate has hardened.
