Not only is this spiced pumpkin smoothie high in protein, but it’s the perfect creamy blend of banana, pumpkin and cinnamon. Made using VPA’s Vanilla WPC, WPI or Premium Plant Protein, this versatile recipe is sure to be a hit this Halloween.

1 frozen banana
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup yoghurt*
1/2 cup milk*
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 scoop VPA Vanilla WPC or WPI*
Freeze banana and prepare pumpkin puree ahead of time.
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth.
Enjoy Immediately!!
*for dairy free and vegan use coconut yoghurt, a milk alternative, and VPA Premium Plant protein*
