With only 3 ingredients it doesn’t get much easier than this low-fat low-carb take on a classic panna cotta. It’s high in protein and the perfect combination of fruity flavours with a creamy jelly-like consistency. Made using VPA’s ZMA6, this super simple dessert will help you wind down, relax and recover.
Empty the jelly sachet into a bowl and add 250mL of boiling water. Whisk until dissolved.
In another bowl mix 250mL of cold water with the ZMA6.
Add the contents of the cold bowl and the Greek yoghurt to the hot bowl and whisk thoroughly until smooth.
Divide into 4 glasses and refrigerate overnight.
Serve with a dollop of yoghurt, fresh fruit or enjoy as is.
