Here's a Keto Peanut Butter Cookie recipe! Delicious, low carb and high protein. Perfect as a post workout snack. This recipe is made with VPA® plant based protein, Premium Plant protein powder.

- 1 cup Peanut Butter (no added sugar)
- 1/4 cup Coconut Oil

2 scoops VPA® Vanilla Premium Plant
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 tbsp. Sugar Free Maple Syrup
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 cup 80% Dark Chocolate (Dairy Free)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180º and line an oven tray.
- In a heat proof bowl, melt the butter.
- In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients.
- Roll into 12 even balls and press onto the tray.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
