Here is a great flour free Lemon Loaf. Super low in carbs with only 1 gram per serve, making it keto friendly. Best served warm with lashings of butter and sugar free maple syrup. Delish!

- 1 1/2 cup Almond Meal
- 3 scoops Vanilla WPI
- 6 tbsp. Butter
- 2 Lemons (Zest & Juice)
- 3 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Stevia
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180º, line and grease a loaf tin.
- In a heat proof bowl, melt the butter.
- In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients until smooth.
- Transfer to the loaf tin and bake for 30 minutes.
