With only 5 ingredients it doesn't get much easier than these rum balls made using VPA® Protein Ball Mix. This recipe is sure to be a festive favourite!

100g VPA® Protein Ball Mix (Coconut Choc Caramel)
3 tablespoons milk
1-2 tablespoons rum
1 weet-bix
Desiccated coconut for coating
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until it forms a sticky mixture. If the mix is too dry add some extra milk.
(Only a little bit at a time)
Scoop, roll into balls, and then roll in coconut.
Refrigerate for 1hr or until set.
Store in the fridge.
