Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until it forms a sticky mixture. If the mix is too dry add some extra milk. (Only a little bit at a time)
Scoop, roll into balls, and then roll in coconut.
Refrigerate for 1hr or until set.
Store in the fridge.
