A delicious breakfast or post workout recovery snack, loaded with 42.6g of protein. Chia Seeds are a great source of fiber, antioxidants, minerals and omega-3. Made with VPA's WPI in strawberry flavour.
1 cup Milk
1 scoop VPA Strawberry WPI
4 tbsp Chia Seeds
In a small mixing bowl, add all ingredients.
Mix until all the protein powder is dissolved.
Chill in the fridge for 2 hours or over night.
Top with yogurt and your favorite fruit. Enjoy
