30g vanilla whey protein
10g baking powder
Pinch of salt
75g % pure maple syrup
250ml skim milk
95g banana, mashed
60g smooth peanut butter
1 x whole egg
60g dark chocolate baking chips
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a muffin tin with cupcake cases.
2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until combine.
