Ingredients
215g quick oats
30g vanilla whey protein
10g baking powder
3g cinnamon
Pinch of salt
75g % pure maple syrup
250ml skim milk
95g banana, mashed
60g smooth peanut butter
1 x whole egg
60g dark chocolate baking chips
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a muffin tin with cupcake cases.
2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until combine.
3. Distribute evenly between cupcake cases. Bake for 20 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes our clean
