Here is a quick and easy protein bar made with Hemp Seeds. Hemp seeds have a delicious nutty flavour, are rich in essential fatty acids and are a great source of protein. Made with VPA's Premium Plant in Vanilla flavour.
40g Hemp Flour
30g Mixed Seeds
2 scoops VPA Vanilla Premium Plant
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla
Preheat the oven to 160º and line a loaf tin.
Soak the dates in boiling water for 15 minutes.
In a food processor blitz all ingredients until combined.
Press mixture into the loaf tin and back for 15 minutes.
