200g Quick Oats
100g VPA Vanilla Whey Protein
80g White Baking Chocolate

In a saucepan over a low heat, combine skim milk, peanut butter, honey, salt and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined. If your mixture is a little dry, add a dash of water.
Press mixture into a baking dish to desired thickness. Place in the fridge to set for 10 minutes.
Melt white chocolate. Pour over protein bar mixture and spread evenly. Sprinkle with 100’s and 1000’s and mini jazzies. Place back into the fridge to set.
Once set, cut into 10 bars. These will last 5 days in the fridge in an airtight container. Alternatively, they can be frozen for up to 3 months.
