In a food
processor or blender, blitz your oats until they become a fine powder. Mix
in your protein powder and set aside.
In a saucepan
over a low heat, combine skim milk, peanut butter, honey, salt and vanilla
extract. Mix until smooth.
Add the dry
ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined. If your mixture
is a little dry, add a dash of water.
into a baking dish to desired thickness. Place in the fridge to set for 10
chocolate. Pour over protein bar mixture and spread evenly. Sprinkle with
100’s and 1000’s and mini jazzies. Place back into the fridge to set.
Once set, cut
into 10 bars. These will last 5 days in the fridge in an airtight
container. Alternatively, they can be frozen for up to 3 months.
