An easy Cherry protein balls loaded with 7.6 grams of protein, low in carbs and no hidden nasties. Made with VPA's WPI in Vanilla.
2 scoops VPA Vanilla WPI
½ cup Almond Flour
½ cup Coconut Flour
2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
6-8 Cherries (more if needed)
Coconut for coating (optional)
If using frozen cherries defrost first.
In a food processor blitz all ingredients until combined.
Take approx 2 tbsp of the mixture and roll into a ball.
Coat in the coconut.
Repeat with remaining mixture.
