Here is an easy choc mint muesli bar loaded with VPA® vegan protein.

Ingredients
2 cups Rolled Oats
-
2 scoops VPA® Chocolate Premium Plant
½ cup Pepitas
¼ cup Cocoa
½ cup Almond Butter
½ cup Honey
1 tsp Peppermint Essence
Directions
Line a square tray with baking paper.
In a food processor, mix all ingredients until combined but not smooth.
Transfer the mixture to the tray and press down firmly.
Optional - drizzle with dark chocolate.
Allow to firm up in the fridge for 4 hours.
