Here is an old classic turned new. This Coconut Rough is a favorite with the addition of VPA® Chocolate WPI.

150g Coconut
2 scoops VPA® Chocolate WPI
40ml Coconut Oil
150g Dark Chocolate
Start by melting the dark chocolate in the microwave.
In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients.
Take about a table spoon of the mixture, firmly shape into the spoon and transfer to a tray. * Alternatively use a silicone tray mold.
Set in the freezer for 20-30 minutes.
Enjoy your Coconut Rough.
