1 sachet Aeroplane Jelly Lite Raspberry*
250mL boiling water
2 scoops VPA® ZMA6 Apple Raspberry*
250mL cold water
350g low-fat Greek yoghurt
Empty the jelly sachet into a bowl and add 250mL of boiling water. Whisk until dissolved.
In another bowl mix 250mL of cold water with the ZMA6.
Add the contents of the cold bowl and the Greek yoghurt to the hot bowl and whisk thoroughly until smooth.
Divide into 4 glasses and refrigerate overnight.
Serve with a dollop of yoghurt, fresh fruit or enjoy as is.
