1 scoop VPA® Vanilla WPI
2 tsp Corn Flour
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
1/2 cup Milk
4 slice of Wholemeal Grain Bread
In a large bowl combine all ingredients.
One at a time dip the slices of bread into the mixture to coat both sides.
Heat a frying pan over the stove with a little butter.
Transfer the bread to the pan and cook on low-medium until browned and crispy on the edges.
Serve with berries and yogurt.
