This no-bake delight layers rich dark chocolate and creamy coconut with crunchy vegan biscuits and walnuts, all topped with a sprinkle of coconut and packed with plant-based protein. It’s a guilt-free treat that doesn’t skimp on flavour, perfect for both vegans and chocolate lovers alike.

Ingredients

200g Dark Chocolate
1 can Coconut Condensed Milk
100g Vegan Butter (or Coconut Oil)
200g Vegan Biscuits
½ cup Walnuts
1½ scoops Chocolate Premium Plant
2 tbsp Coconut (to top)

Directions

Line a square tin with baking paper.
Melt the dark chocolate and the vegan butter.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the wet ingredients.
Add the biscuits, protein and walnuts.
Transfer to the tin and sprinkle over the coconut.
Chill in the fridge/freezer until set.
