4-5 cups Coconut
2 scoops VPA® Vanilla Premium Plant
1 can Coconut Condensed Milk
Dark Choc (to drizzle- optional)
Preheat the oven to 180º and line a baking tray.
In a large mixing bowl combine the coconut, protein and condensed milk.
Take about 2 tbsp of mixture, roll into a ball and press onto the tray. Repeat.
Bake for 12-15 minutes and allow to cool.
Drizzle over the melted dark chocolate.
