The perfect protein bar, full of all the good stuff and none of the nasties.

250g Mixed Nuts & Seeds (Almonds, Pecan, Walnuts, Pepitas)
180g Dried Fruit (Apple, Apricot, Dates)
1½ scoops VPA® Premium Plant (any flavor)
2 tbsp Coconut Oil
100ml Almond Milk
In a food processor, blitz the nuts on high for 3 seconds or until broken down but not fine powder.
Add remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.
Press into a square tin and chill for 2 hours or until firm. *
Cut into 8-10 even bars.
Enjoy your Fruit and Nut Protein Bars.
*Tip- To get an even bar, use another loaf tin to press down into the square tin.
