1½ cup Plain Flour
1 scoop Vanilla WPI
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
½ cup Coconut Sugar
1 pkt Mini M&M's
Pre-Heat the oven to 180º and line a baking tray.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all cookie ingredients until smooth.
Take about 2 tbsp of the mixture and press onto the tray.
Top the cookie with a few of the mini M&M's.
Repeat with the remaining mixture.
Bake for 10 minutes.
