For days when you're feeling a little extra or when you just happen to have cream cheese at home, why not make cheesecake protein balls? 🤩 This recipe can easily be made with different whey protein flavours. Super easy and delicious!
In a food
processor, combine oats, protein powder, honey, vanilla extract, cream
cheese and milk. Blitz until combined. (NOTE: If your mixture is
struggling to combine, add small amounts of additional liquid to assist in
blending. If your mixture is too runny, add more oats).
Weigh the total
mixture and divide by 10, this will give you the total gram per protein
ball. Roll the mixture into balls. Place in the fridge for half an hour to
set.
Once set, melt
chocolate and drizzle over. Refrigerate for a further 30 minutes to allow
the chocolate to set.
