A delicious post-workout snack!

1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup sultanas
1 tbsp cocoa powder
2 scoops VPA Choc WPI
1/4 cup coconut
3 tbsp melted coconut oil
White chocolate and coconut to top
Water
Blend oats, sultanas, cocoa, protein powder in a blender until fine and place in a large mixing bow
Melt coconut oil and add to dry ingredients, mixing thoroughly. Add a dash of water until the mixture is moist.
Roll into small balls and refrigerate for 30min.
Melt chocolate and drizzle over balls. Note: Add a small amount of coconut oil to make a thinner consistency making it easier to coat. Add coconut to top and refrigerate until set.
