Ingredients
1 cup frozen mango or banana
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1 kiwi fruit, peeled
1 cup baby spinach
1/2 tbsp hemp seeds
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 ground flax seeds
1 cup plant milk
1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp VPA® Multi Greens powder
Granola
Buckwheat groats
Chia seeds
Hemp seeds
Fresh or frozen fruit
Coconut flakes
Drippy peanut butter
Topping Ideas
Directions
Add all the ingredients to a high-speed food processor or blender.
Process until well combined, pausing to scrap down the sides.
If required, add some more plant milk little bits at a time until the mixture is combined well.
Add any toppings or have it on its own. Enjoy immediately.
