High Protein Healthy Trifle

This is a great healthy alternative to one of my favorite summer desserts, Trifle. This is perfect for any leftover sponge cake or jam roll you may have laying around after the silly season? With both BCAA’s and Protein Powder it’s the perfect post-workout treat.

- 1½ tbsp Gelatine
- 2 cup Water

3 scoops of VPA® BCCA's
- 1 tub High Protein Yogurt

1 scoop VPA® Vanilla WPI
- 2 slices Sponge Cake
- Strawberries and/or Blueberries
- Optional - Almond, Cream

Directions
- At least 4 hours before, prep BCAA’s Jelly and divide between 2 glasses.
- In a small mixing bowl combine the yoghurt and Protein Powder until smooth.
- Top the Jelly with the yoghurt mix.
- Add the Cake and top with favourite fruit.
- Enjoy your high protein trifle
