Here is a delicious Honey Almond Cookies recipe with VPA's Premium Plant Protein that even the kids will enjoy. These cookies are the right amount of sweet and are perfectly soft.
1½ cup Self Raising Flour
1 scoop VPA Vanilla Premium Plant
80g Coconut Sugar
80g Butter (melted)
½ cup Honey
1 large Egg
Almond Flakes to top
the oven to 180º and line a baking tray.
Add all dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl.
Melt the butter and add to the mixing bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.
Take 2-3 tbsp of mixture and roll into a ball.
Press onto the baking tray and top with the almond flakes.
Repeat for remaining mixture.
Bake for 10- 12 minutes.
