If you’re looking for a tasty treat or a cheeky between-meal snack these Tropical Energy Balls could be just what you’re looking for.
This one is a summer favourite of ours and is especially good if you are looking for a change up from the usual peanut butter, chocolate or oat flavour you normally get with protein balls.
Quick and easy to make in the food processor, they pack a nice hit of energising carbohydrates, with enough fats and protein to satisfy a food itch you’d rather not scratch with junk food.
