This protein-packed breakfast has all the flavours
of a hot cross bun and is the perfect way to get into the Easter spirit. Made using VPA® Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate,
it doesn’t get much easier than this simple breakfast treat.
Add protein powder, sultana mix and cinnamon, mix together and flatten with a spoon.
For the top layer, mix the yoghurt and protein powder together and spread over the base layer.
Sprinkle with the cinnamon and cacao nibs.
Refrigerate overnight or for at least 2 hours. Enjoy!
