These low-fat protein donut holes are so simple you can use an air fryer or oven. Made using VPA® Vanilla Whey Protein Concentrate, you’ll be enjoying the soft taste of cinnamon donuts inunder 20 minutes!
Mix/knead ingredients together in a bowl until a solid but sticky dough forms.
Form little balls of dough and brush with some oil.
Place in the airfryer and bake for 10mins, then airfry for 3mins.
Alternatively, bake in the oven at 180°C for approx 15 mins or until slightly brown.
Roll donut holes in a cinnamon sugar mix and enjoy!
TIP: Prepare cinnamon sugar for coating by mixing 2 teaspoons cinnamon with 1/3 cup sugar.
