Preheat your oven to 180 degrees. In a bowl, mix together your protein powder, plain flour, sweetener, baking powder and cocoa powder.
In a separate bowl, combine greek yoghurt, apple sauce and egg. Add your dry ingredients to your wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
Weigh your total dough mixture and divide by 6, this will give you the total batter per doughnut. Evenly distribute your mixture into 6 doughnut holes in a silicone doughnut tray. Bake for 10 minutes.
Once cooked, remove doughnuts from tray and allow to fully cool before icing.
To make your icing, melt chocolate in the microwave in 20-30 second increments until completely melted. Dip your doughnuts into melted chocolate until covered. Add a KitKat finger to each doughnut and crush remaining KitKat and sprinkle over top.
